Designing projects all over the globe, Landry Design Group strives to raise the international standards in custom residential architecture.
This award-winning design studio was founded in 1987 by Richard Landry, AIA, who has been featured on the Architectural Digest AD100 list of the top 100 architects/designers in the world since 2000, and on the Robb Report Recommended list of best architects since 2007.
Recognized for designs in a wide range of architectural styles, Landry’s teams of service-oriented experts collaborate to create residences from classical estates to rural villas and cutting-edge contemporary structures.
The common thread throughout these homes, whether small or large, is the level of quality and attention to detail. Landry’s current work continues to be as diverse as his clients, many of whom have returned to collaborate on subsequent projects. “We embrace every new endeavor as a chance to challenge the imagination and explore innovation,” he says.
President and founder Richard Landry received a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Montreal, in Quebec, Canada, and a Diploma in Architecture and Urban Design from the Kobenhavns Universitet in Copenhagen, Denmark.
He is a member of the American Institute of Architects and is a licensed architect in the states of California, Colorado, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, and Washington.
He is also certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards and is a member of the Institute of Classical Architecture & Art.
