Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and renowned real estate development firm Irongate have announced plans for a luxury resort and private residences on Baja California’s eastern shore. Scheduled for a 2018 opening, Four Seasons Los Cabos at Costa Palmas will be part of the Costa Palmas resort community, featuring a private marina and members-only beach and yacht club set on a two-mile stretch of coastline on the Sea of Cortez. Sources tell me Terra and Bizzi & Partners Development have assembled a world-class design team for Eighty Seven Park, a new residential development taking shape in Miami Beach’s North Beach.
