Eden Roc at Cap Cana debuts in the Dominican Republic.
The Dominican Republic’s Eden Roc at Cap Cana is fashioned more after a luxe village than a traditional resort. The resort is the vision of Milan-based designer Marina Nova in collaboration with Dominican architect Franc Ortega. Eden Roc is the first property from Solaya Hotels & Resorts, and it consists of 34 freestanding suites and three opulent bungalows.
Fusing the best of form, function, and fantasy, the extraordinary resort is surrounded by lush greenery and awe-inspiring panoramas, while each suite’s deck serves as a natural extension of the airy indoor spaces. Amenities include an oceanfront spa pavilion, a Jack Nicklaus signature golf course, nearby tennis facilities, the Caletón Beach Club, and the Eden Roc Kids Club.
The resort’s stunning design celebrates the aesthetics of the 1960s-era French and Italian Rivieras, while simultaneously respecting and reflecting its Caribbean setting. Blending Europe- an influence and Caribbean spirit, each suite is drenched in vibrant colors set against a soothing, neutral backdrop.
Under the direction of executive chef Gianluca Re Fraschini, Eden Roc at Cap Cana’s six dining establishments feature an unprecedented variety of haute cuisine. Solaya Spa captures the rejuvenating aura of this Dominican paradise and offers a wide range of opportunities to find beauty, balance, and complete well-being. Rates start at $600 per night. edenroccapcana.com.
