The man behind the phrase “You’re Fired” has decided to sell his estate located in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA. The home, which is located at the 18-hole Trump National Golf Course and used as his personal residence, is on the market for $12 million. A loss, as Trump bought the residence in the late 1990’s for $27 million.
The home is 11,000-square-feet and has five-bedrooms, marble floors, wallsof glass, a game room with a full-size bar that is a replica of the course clubhouse bar, swimming pool and jacuzzi. There is also a patio and fire pit off the master bedroom. Not to mention bragging rights to an infinite view.
I dont think the neighbors will be too sad to see him go. Housing Watch notedthat apparently Trump caused some uproar since obtaining the estate. For anyone who knows the name Donald Trump knows that the man has an image to uphold. However, unfortunately for Donald no one in his surrounding community cared. For years people in Rancho Palos didn’t 
mind Trump, until he started demanding crazy things, like naming a street after himself. The community fought back which led to Trump suing the town $100 million, saying that they were trying to prevent him from “maintaining  his image.” Well, if suing a harmless town for $100 million isn’t feeding into one’s image, I’m not sure what is.
