Part of the resort’s multi-faceted Artist in Residence program, the interactive dinner series pairs each event’s wine with a gourmet dinner as well as a unique opportunity for guests to meet the brand’s Winemaker.
Wine dinners will take place through April 2017 and include a Faust, Quintessa and Flowers Vineyard & Winery dinner with Faust Winemaker Dave Jelinek, Truffle and Barolo with truffles from Piedmont and wines from Ceretto, Castello de Nieve and Vietti; Daou Vineyards with Winemaker and Proprietor Daniel Daou; The Prisoner Wine Company with Winemaker Chrissy Whitman; Argyle Winery with Founder Rollin Soles and Copper Cane Wine & Provisions with Owner Joe Wagner, among others.
