Nayara Bocas Bali features 16 over-water villas on a private island and is home to the world’s first over-water beach. Designed by architecture firm Perkins & Will, the residences at The Modern begin on the 13th floor and range from 495 to 2,459 square feet. To maximize views, each features floor-to-ceiling windows and is configured in a Z-shape, allowing for six glass corners instead of four. The Modern opened in early 2022 and is the first luxury residential property from developer Martin Selig Real Estate.
