LA CLARA, a 25-story residential building by real estate developer Great Gulf, has broken ground in Palm Beach, Florida. Stantec is the architect of record, working in partnership with design architect Hariri Pontarini Architects. The structure’s façade will be contemporary in style, with a muted, neutral palette consisting of stucco, Roman travertine, coral stone, and granite with bronze accents. Prices start at $2 million.

Auberge Resorts Collection’s Susurros del Corazón is underway in Punta de Mita, Mexico. Opening in late 2020, the luxury boutique resort will include 59 hotel guest suites and 30 residences.
