Royal Atlantis Resort & Residences
Debuting as Dubai’s first “super prime” residences, The Royal Atlantis Resort & Residences boasts 231 luxury apartments with interiors by Sybille de Margerie. When they open later this year, the residences will range from 1,400 to 17,000 square feet with two to five bedrooms. Additionally, the property will feature 795 hotel rooms and suites. Turnberry Ocean Club
The ultra-luxury oceanfront glass tower Turnberry Ocean Club, developed by Jeffrey Soffer in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, is comprised of residences ranging from three to six bedrooms with ocean– and bay-facing balconies. The tower has six floors of amenities, including two cantilevered pools, an indoor/outdoor oceanfront fitness center, spa, and yoga/Pilates studio. Residents receive priority access to a private aviation facility, private marina, and a two-year complimentary membership to the Turnberry Isle Resort & Country Club. The St. Regis Residences, Boston
Rising directly up from Boston’s Seaport waterfront, The St. Regis Residences, Boston, a residential-only tower, features an iconic design from Elkus Manfredi Architects that mimics the curvilinear shape of a tall ship at sail. The tower’s 114 luxury condominiums range from one-bedroom units to penthouse homes; all enjoy views of Boston Harbor. Owners will have access to the St. Regis brand’s services and exclusive use of the tower’s private swimming pool, spa, exercise room, and sports simulator. Beach Enclave Long Bay 
Beach Enclave recently opened Long Bay Villas, an intimate series of five beachfront properties located on Turks and Caicos. Designed by local SWA Architects and New York-based Domino Creative Interior Design, Beach Enclave Long Bay offers two custom villa designs boasting over 7,500 square feet of indoor/outdoor space and five, six, or seven bedrooms. Each villa has an outdoor kitchen, infinity pool, and fire pit. Beach Enclave Long Bay opened three of the property’s five villas for rentals in late 2018. 57 Ocean
Located on Miami Beach, Florida’s Millionaires’ Row, 57 Ocean is a new 18-story, high-end boutique residential development by Multiplan Real Estate Asset Management. Its 81 residences are designed by architecture firm Arquitectonica with interiors by Anastassiadis Arquitetos. All have 12-foot-deep terraces looking out towards panoramic ocean and city views as well as contemporary Italian kitchens and baths. The property will feature a wellness spa and pavilion, relaxation and meditation area, two infinity pools, and fitness center. Pre-sales launched in October 2018 and groundbreaking is slated for April 2019. Pricing ranges from $1.5 million to $31 million. 57ocean.com
