Missoni Baia, a 57-story waterfront glass tower now rising along Biscayne Bay, is being developed by OKO Group and Cain International and designed by architect Hani Rashid of Asymptote Architecture. Priced from $600,000 to upwards of $9 million, Missoni Baia’s 249 residences range from one- to five-bedroom layouts measuring between 776 and 3,788 square feet in size.
Missoni is incorporating its trademark colorful design palette and Missoni Home furniture collection into the tower’s interiors. The Residences at The St. Regis Los Cabos

In January, Olarena Hospitality Group in partnership with Ernesto Coppel, launched the first phase of sales for The Residences at The St. Regis Los Cabos. Marking the arrival of the St. Regis brand to Los Cabos, Mexico, the property will be located within the resort community of Quivira. The Residences, which are designed by SB Architects, will be located on a 33-acre site at the Southern tip of the Baja Peninsula and will feature a 120-room hotel and 74 St. Regis Residences. The first release includes seven ocean view condominiums, including the top floor penthouse, starting from $2.8 million, and five oceanfront villas, starting from $9 million.
