Hyatt Boston Harbor has launched a $10 million renovation that will refresh the property’s 270 guestrooms and suites. Located at the harbor’s edge, steps from Boston’s Logan airport, and minutes from the city’s bustling downtown district, Hyatt Boston Harbor combines unparalleled Boston skyline views with rich cutting-edge design and flawless personal service.
“Our hotel is a go-to for both business and leisure travelers looking for well-appointed accommodations in Boston,” said General Manager Tom Blundell. “We are updating our guestrooms with a brand new décor that reflects Boston’s rich history and culture, and we hope our returning guests and travelers that are experiencing the city for the first time will enjoy the new accommodation.”
Inspired by the building blocks of Boston’s waterfront-wood pilings, water, brick and steel, the newly redone guestrooms at Hyatt Boston Harbor will offer guests a modern yet inviting feel, with furnishings in warm red tones, accented by touches of reclaimed wood and blackened steel. Coupled with bed linen and pillows in crisp whites and neutrals, the contrasting colors will be beautifully combined to create a restful and relaxing environment.
For guests’ ease and efficiency, each guestroom will receive a new work desk with pop-up electrical plugs, plus LED lighting and bedside electrical outlets. The rooms will also feature comfortable, yet stylish chairs and ottomans, and decorative window treatments to match the contemporary red, brown and neutral color scheme.
