Care was taken to tuck the house between several of the existing tall evergreen trees and orient the view so the occupants would have a view of the water on a diagonal rather than straight across the inlet at the neighbors. This allowed much more privacy for the occupants.
In the works: A waterfront guest house in a remote area of British Columbia and a small waterfront home on Puget Sound which looks north across the Straits of Juan de Fuca to British Columbia.
