The Italian company creates custom made, timeless kitchens from their Florence studio. Where craftsmanship meets technology, Officine Gullo strikes a balance between tradition and modernity with their artisan kitchen pieces in the Florentine tradition.
This Key Biscayne outdoor kitchen is made in high thickness, fire painted stainless steel with chromed brass trims. The professional cooking area is equipped with electric oven GN1 / 1, a triple BBQ, a maxi burner with a high output, and a double basin deep fryer.
Above the kitchen, a pyramid hood with professional motor and LED lights enrich the cooking area. In front of the cooking area is a washing island equipped with a single basin sink and some storage cabinets with doors made in teak.
Completing the outdoor kitchen area is a storage wall equipped with a professional refrigerator, a beer dispenser, and an ice maker.
The indoor kitchen is also made in high thickness stainless steel with chromed brass trims. A professional cooking area with a White Macaubas marble countertop is equipped with both an electric oven and a static oven four high efficiency burners with a maximum power of 7.5 kW, a coup de feu, a fry-top, and a professional pasta cooker.
Adjacent to the kitchen area are two refrigerators, a Salamander, and a steam oven with a dish warmer. In front of the cooking area is a washing island also with a White Macaubas marble counter top and a solid wood joinery walnut base, equipped with a double sink. Rounding out the kitchen area is a storage wall with a double refrigerator, an electric oven with a dish warmer, and a microwave.
As with all creations by Officine Gullo, it’s possible to fully customize the composition of the cooking equipment, from dimensions to the composition of the hob, to the engraving of knobs or the colors which can be selected from the whole RAL range.
