Produced by Ocean Home magazine, the inaugural Ocean Home Awards will honor outstanding achievement in coast residential design. For nearly 20 years, Ocean Home magazine has been publishing outstanding home designs in coastal areas around the country and world.
“The new awards program will recognize both individual designers and design teams whose work enhances luxury living on the coast,” says Nancy E. Berry editor of Ocean Home magazine. “There is so much exemplary work along our shoreline, we thought it was time to celebrate these individuals and firms bringing beauty to the coast’s built environment.”
Categories for the Ocean Home Awards, Best of Residential Coastal Design, will include traditional architecture, modern architecture, renovation, interior design, kitchen design, coastal landscape, outdoor living space, and poolscape.
Architects, interior designers, landscape architects, custom builders, developers, and other design and building professionals are eligible to submit projects that are five years old or less. For landscape architects the projects submitted can be eight years old or less (to allow for plantings to mature).
The entry process opens January 30, 2025, and closes April 20, 2025.
