The continuation of developer Jorge Perez’s vision for “South of Fifth,” Viceroy South Beach Resorts & Residences adds a new layer of sophistication to this glamorous neighborhood. These 63 trendy residences and 121 boutique condo-hotel units will feature the designs of the Sieger Suarez Architectural Partnership, with interiors styled by Kelly Wearstler. Artist and Swiss landscape architect Enzo Enea, whose client list has included Tina Turner and Prince Charles, will design the grounds and greens. An extension of Kor Hotel Group’s famed Viceroy brand, Viceroy South Beach spans three separate blocks stretching from Alton Road to Ocean Drive. Residences range from $600,000 to $2 million, and Boutique Resort Residences from $1 million to $6 million. Groundbreaking for the residences is set or this summer, with completion in 2009, and resort construction will begin in 2008, with completion in 2010.
