Construction has begun on the Northwest Glen community, the latest phase of the beachfront neighborhood in Seabrook. The development includes a public-accessible overlook, walking trails and beach access. Seventy percent of Northwest Glen’s seven-acre area will remain undeveloped. Seabrook itself is comprised of individually detailed, cottage-style beach homes clustered within its 300 acres.
