I just learned that you are in Belize developing another dream. Congratulations for all your achievements. Everything is a lesson in this life, and I sometimes wish I would have had the opportunity, better said, the knowledge to do something big and sustainable. Good and nice ideas I have had quite a few, but have not had the knowledge to develop them, to then find out that others have developed them years later. I would like to invite you to contact me and maybe even come to Costa Rica where I have another couple of ideas that I know are going to be a great and beautiful reality sometime. Either I do it or someone else soon will. I do have a great advantage though. I own the property which is located in an excellent area near enough to the Four Seasons and national parks, international road, towns and cities. Two properties totaling about 500 hectares with excellent location for "special" developments which I have already in paper and soon someone will get ahead again and do it first. I invite you to see the possibility of a good opportunity where we both can develop a couple of long lasting dreams. I know you have had many opportunities, but give this one a try.
