Luxury and adventure sprout up on Costa Rica’s Central Pacific Coast at Jade. By Melissa C. Gillespie

Jade Condo Resort Residences & Beach Club is a one-of-a-kind, personalized ownership and resort lifestyle experience. With the stunning backdrop of the Manuel Antonio National Park to one side and pristine beaches overlooking the Pacific Ocean to the other, Jade is the only upscale property of its kind underway on Costa Rica’s Central Pacific Coast. The property will feature 240 designer residences and a lifestyle that promises a personalized resort experience with world-class hospitality and amenities.
Among plans for the development are a private beach club featuring an oceanfront café and bar with lagoon pool, cabanas, and a lazy river (the only one in Costa Rica); a luxurious resort pool with cabanas, poolside services, and 180-degree Pacific Ocean views; a 2,000-square-foot health, fitness, and aerobics center; an upscale Latin fusion restaurant; a wellness spa; and a 6,000-square-foot meeting facility. Area activities include golf, whitewater rafting, kayaking, treetop zip-lining, mountain biking, horseback riding, water sports, and other beachside recreation.
Jade is a Wyndham property and is affiliated with The Registry Collection, the world’s largest luxury residence exchange program. The property is currently under construction with an anticipated opening of winter 2010. Pricing starts at $250,000 to $1.5 million. 800-697-1603, jademanuelantonio.com.

Your pictures are all so misleading. What about all the other hotels in the area and right across the street? What about the 20 minute walk to the beach? What about how your huge complex will destroy the quaint atmosphere and natural beauty of Manuel Antonio?
You project is a travesty. Post that on your Facebook page.
