Estate of the Week: Istanbul

Located on the Sea of Marmara, this remarkable estate which was built in the late half oh the 19th century is almost worth as much as its age. Approximately 150 years old, this home is on the market for $115 million. It was built by the French architect Alexandre Vallaury for the Minister Müsir Zeki Pasha during the ruling of Sultan Abdulhamit II.

Florida is a reoccurring location for many of our estates, but rightfully so. This weeks property is located in Manalapan, a small beach town community which only consists of 2.4 miles. Estate of the Week: British Virgin Islands

Recently constructed, Indigo Landing can be classified as an ultimate yachtman’s retreat. This week we decided to showcase a property type that is outside of the Estate of the Week norm. Located in Ft. Estate of the Week: Malibu, CA

Located on the coast of Belvedere, California, Warren Callister clearly designed the single family home with the island name in mind. Going by definition, this estate really does “command a fine view.”

Estate of the Week: Belleair, Florida

This week’s ‘Estate of the Week’ belongs to a wrestling icon whose popularity peeked in the mid 80′s to early 90′s. Better know as Hulk Hogan, Terry Bollea’s Belleair estate, which was seen on his TV Reality Show ‘Hogan Knows Best’ is still on the market, but now with a drastic price cut. In 2006 the home was listed for $25 million then dropped down to $13.9 and is now on the market for $10.9.

Besides having a large deduction on the listing, the house is stunning. Estate of the Week: Oahu

Sotheby’s International Realty never seizes to amaze us with their constant up-to-date luxury properties. They have listings across the world that range anywhere from $1 million to $35 million. When it comes to high end realty, no questions asked, they blow others out of the water.

We were recently introduced to one of their newer properties. Located on the foot of Diamond Head, Oahu, this newly built single-family beachfront estate is a design of traditional Hawaiian lifestyle. The three-bedroom home features three and one-half bathrooms, hardwood flooring, hot tub and spa, but the exquisite part about the property is the view. Located directly on the water, the home was designed to offer ocean and sunset views from its expansive lanais and living areas.

Estate of the Week: Del Mar, California

Located in Del Mar, California this home was designed for the founder of Architectural Digest by famed architect Bob Ray Offenhause, and is an ideal ocean front home.
