As an owner, you receive a one-eighth undivided, deeded interest in a beautifully furnished three-bedroom residence and an interest in the Club facilities and common areas. You can vacation at Magnolia any time you wish, subject only to the generous and flexible reservation policies. And, like any real estate, ownership may be sold, willed, transferred or placed in a trust.
