An eight-bedroom, eight-bath estate set back 250 feet from the ocean with a separate guest house in Oahu went on the market yesterday at an asking price of $36 million, a record-high price fro Oahu’s Windward side.

Jeff Kerr of Kerr Michaels Design, with three investment partners, all of Akua Lau LLC, completed building the estate after buying the 1.5 acre lot four years ago.
