New luxury living comes to La Paz in Mexico’s tony Costa Baja community.

This summer, 134 residences opened in the master-planned community of Costa Baja in La Paz, Mexico: Las Colinas Hillside Homes and VistaMar Residences. The 71 Las Colinas Hillside Homes are set between the ninth and tenth holes of the Gary Player Signature golf course and feature vast views of the Sea of Cortez. La Paz’s first five-star hotel opens in September at Costa Baja. The current hotel is undergoing a complete renovation and will open as a Grand Heritage Resort, the company’s first property in Mexico.
